The Directorate of Technical Education, Govt. of Karnataka has launched a programme of relaying several academic sessions under the caption Edusat through satellite for the benefit of students and staff.  Sessions are usually handled by eminent academicians, industrial experts and R&D personnel of National and International repute.  These programmes are received through dedicated receivers and made available to staff and students for their reference. This is done on a preset calendar made available by DTE.
